We provide mobile blood collection (phlebotomy) and related healthcare services at locations within our Virginia service area. Services are subject to availability, your eligibility, and compliance with our policies and applicable law. We do not provide emergency care.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services only for lawful purposes, and to comply with all instructions from our staff. You are responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for our personnel at the service location. You must not misuse our website, systems, or services.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to our scheduling and cancellation policies. You agree to cancel or reschedule in accordance with our stated policy. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

6. Payment

You agree to pay for services in accordance with our pricing and payment terms. Payment may be required at the time of service or as otherwise communicated. You are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.
